How to Avoid Scams On line

These days it looks like the World Wide Web is the main repository of frauds as more websites are turning out everyday and most end up confirmed as scam sites. Mischievous webmasters would go any length to waste people`s time and also try to separate them from their hard-earned money. Are you surprised? I am not. The times we live in has brought up so many individuals who care nothing about their fellow humans. Gone are those days when you could hope to do business on line without being scammed. I think that should be when the Internet was at least, a few months old.
Recently, I noticed how make-money websites are disappointing people all over the world. The ones i have known for years are the ones I believe collect your e mail and pretend to offer benevolent results for their clients. These include survey, get-paid-to-write or read, and get paid to surf, websites. Of growing credibility are those that encourage you to write your own articles, submit them and make money from those write ups. Among these are:
www.triond.com
www.reviewstream.com
Others are coming up by the day and I believe that as the year rolls to an end we will still catch some of these useless websites. I have decided to create a website soon that will expose many of these scammers.
While these writing sites are not just out to collect information, they also try to take advantage of writers and at the end of the day, not pay them. Reviewstream will use your articles to make money with Google Adsense but when reach the payout, they start telling stories [sometimes in bad English] of one problem or the other they had. See www.judchuks-makemoney.blogspot.com for more information. Triond as well has a way of making money in various ways with your article and not pay up as promised at the end of the month even if your payout is as little as $2.00.
I get infuriated at these shallow antics as much as anyone who knows the pain of sweating to write and not getting compensated at the end of the day. Also I noticed that some of us who may have been scammed fail to report such atrocities on the Internet.
So who can you start detecting scams yourself before you join them? If the site is new, it might present some problems since maybe only a few people have yet being paid or even nobody has got paid. The fact is that some paying sites have been known to change their attitudes later and stop paying their writers altogether. It`s like they start singing a new song and a bad one at that.
If on the other hand the site is old you must see some evidence on line that they have a good reputation. Why not simply visit Google search and type www.thesite.com and scroll down to see what you got. You may be surprised or amazed. If the website has performed to the apex you are certainly going to see from what others say about it. But what if there are no evidences whatsoever about the site as you may wish to find? well, another thing you can do is to join on line forums. To search, visit any Search Engine, and type 'get-paid-to-write forums'. You need to join the appropriate forum to get the best results. One more thing. You can also use the free services of Yahoo Answers or MSN to get the need information you desire.
If all these give you some problems or you succeed, please do me a favor. You can drop me a single line of thought. Thanks, and stay away from those snake-oil scammers.
