Today, I watched as two kids played in mud as I was coming home from work. I was "hell! I won`t do that for all I know in the world! But the truth is I was once a small child and I behaved like those two kids.
Many of us forget to wash our hands at times. This is normal. With so many chores on our hands and so little time we get forgetful. Children need to be taught why it is important for them to wash their hands always and especially after the clay play.
Almost everyone knows that dirty hands are dangerous to health. But you may not know that a handshake can be detrimental as well. A quick handshake can transmit cold and cattarh, the flu-family disease. I can not tell you the full implication of not wasing your hands after you used the toilet, since you think that you are still safe from bacteria, as sure as you are that your hands have not touched anything contagious. But the very act of being in the toilet warrants you to wash, not clean your hands.
Teaching your kids how to wash their hands after every chore that get their hands dirty can be a safe path for success in life. Their know such things early in life will ensure that the household buy lesser medications or have reduced health worries and such children learn to take their health seriously as they grow into responsible adults.
