No matter what you do, your child deserves your attention 24/7. He/she can eat anything, pick up anything from the ground, so you need to know exactly where your child is. i often watch with disdain how some parents treat their children--like they can survive easily in the world without them.

I have seen a toddler scoop his own excrement into his mouth! Of course, you know how dangerous that is. So whatever you do, keep your child away from dirt, especially dog food, or dog`s excrement. Your child needs you at all times, you are responsible for his health care, and upbringing. Parenthood is all about sacrifice.
